Service to Man equals Service to God

How true it is that people speak their hearts out when they are frustrated and angry! "Service to man equals Service to God" was the topic I was given to write about in an inter school Competition. I was irritated and also found it amusing that people are talking and just talking about the issue and none of them seemed to come forward to lead the mob to the next step. These were my exact emotions as I prepared to inscribe my rather reformist ideas on the given topic in the hope that it would at least make people rethink their conventional systems  if not pioneer a new era. Are we "Being Human"?

First, let me clarify that I am just a normal human being venting out my disappointments and striving hard to come outta this biased world believing the delusions of life to be the only purpose of life. All of us are born human. Our numbers are a little over a whopping 7.5 Billion now. However the ones that are “Being Human” is the rarity now. We have no respect for our fellow beings …We have nothing to offer to our equals except Jealousy, insincerity and hatred. We search for excuses rather than attempting to change.  We reason it to be the fast pace of the world. Who said to us that we gotta run?? Would we grow an inch less if we wish some stranger a heartfelt good morning or appreciate them for a wonderful feat they had achieved?! What distinguishes us, humans from animals if not for our true emotions and a brain to streamline them? We have to admit that when we see someone succeed…the one feeling that strikes us first...Is the feeling to beat them. Who gave us the righ...

Loss of an Endeared

Family is the most invaluable gift a lucky man gets for free. But pertaining to the increasing societal changes, Families have become rare unions. And even if some blessed ones continue to exist as “families”, they fail to achieve the basic purpose of a family, which is to share and spread love, finally falling into the already overflowing pit of becoming a "Dysfunctional Family". Parental Guidance is gone. The lovely friendship between siblings is rare to find. Grandparents are in the homes they seem to belong - Old age homes. In this circumstance, Can a family exist?             It is evident from the way the world runs, that one must have some big "Tapas" points to even wish a family for oneself. While only a few are lucky and get families, even more blessed are the families that function in line with their ideals and live up to their purposes. It would be with pure happiness and pride that I will say, I am one among the lucky ones to be gifted...
